Role:
As an Associate Product Manager or Business Analyst at Function, you will support the product strategy's development and execution. This position requires a blend of technical understanding, strategic thinking, and effective communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and business aspects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, product, and marketing, to contribute to the delivery of innovative and high-quality offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy and Planning: Assist in defining and articulating the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with overall company objectives.
- Market Research: Support market research, competitor analysis, and gathering customer feedback to inform product decisions.
- Performance Measurement: Assist in establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the product's success.
- Data Analysis: Analyze product performance data and user feedback to iterate and improve the product over time.
- Quality Assurance: Work closely with quality assurance teams to define testing strategies and ensure that the product meets high-quality standards.
- Project Management: Drive the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and help mitigate risks, solve problems, and make informed decisions to keep projects on track.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate communication and coordination between different departments to ensure smooth product development cycles.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a product management, business analyst, or similar role.
- Technical Understanding: Understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
- Tool Expertise: Proficiency in business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Excel.
- Data Visualization: Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud.
- Analytical Skills: Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Project Management: Experience with project management tools is a plus.
- Technical Communication: Possess a technical background to effectively communicate with engineering teams and understand the product's technical constraints and possibilities.

- SQL Queries Pulling: Experience in pulling and writing SQL queries.

- Familiarity with Health Technologies: Knowledge of or experience with popular health technologies, such as Oura, Whoop, Apple Watch, and CGMs (Continuous Glucose Monitors).
