Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Head of Enterprise Marketing to lead marketing efforts for our enterprise partnership organization. Reporting directly to the Head of Enterprise Partnerships, this role will play a pivotal role in shaping Function Health's market presence and supporting enterprise growth through strategic messaging, impactful content creation, lead generation, and event strategy.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with a deep understanding of enterprise marketing within healthcare or employee benefits, and a proven ability to drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy & Messaging:
- Develop and refine Function Health’s enterprise market positioning, ensuring alignment with the needs of consultants, brokers, and enterprise clients/partners.
- Create compelling messaging that resonates with target audiences, showcasing the unique value of Function Health’s offerings, including leveraging AI technology.
- Content Development:
- Lead the creation of high-impact marketing materials, including one-pagers, brochures, case studies, white papers, and presentations, to support the enterprise sales team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with Function Health’s brand voice.
- Lead Generation & Campaigns:
- Design and execute lead generation campaigns to drive awareness and create opportunities for the enterprise sales team.
- Procure and leverage cost effective marketing automation and contact database tools to nurture leads and measure campaign performance.
- Conference & Event Strategy:
- Identify and recommend key industry conferences and events to enhance Function Health’s visibility within the employer, partner, and consulting/brokerage communities.
- Oversee event planning and execution, including booth design, sponsorship opportunities, and on-site support.
- Market Intelligence:
- Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to inform marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the enterprise team to enhance market positioning.
- Collaboration & Leadership:
- Partner closely with the enterprise sales organization to ensure alignment between marketing and sales efforts.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to execute enterprise marketing initiatives effectively.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on enterprise, B2B, or healthcare sectors.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and content strategies.
- Content Expertise:
- Strong experience creating and managing a variety of content formats, including sales collateral, case studies, and thought leadership pieces.
- Leadership & Collaboration:
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills:
- Proficiency in analyzing marketing data and KPIs to measure success and inform future strategies.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Advanced degree or MBA preferred.
