Role:

The Chief of Staff will work directly with the CEO to manage team and project-related and cognitive tasks, thereby unlocking leverage for the CEO. This high-level role requires an experienced individual capable of taking on significant responsibilities to ensure smooth operations and effective management within the organization. Substantial experience is needed, and candidates from outside the healthcare or wellness sectors are welcome, provided they are fast learners.

• What is Function’s approach to remote work? Function is 100% remote across the United States, from Austin to New York to San Francisco. We meet up in person on occasion.
• Who works at Function? We’re small but growing! The team includes: Jonathan, Pranitha, Mike, Dr. Hyman, Tova, Erika, Aaron, Sean, Amy, Kiara, and many more.
• What’s the interview process like? You’ll meet with our Co-Founder & CEO, Jonathan Swerdlin. On this call, we’re looking to understand your experience, interests, and if you’re a culture fit. Then, you’ll have a Co-Founders interview, where you’ll meet the other co-founders that have built and run the company. After that we’ll send an offer. If we don’t give an offer, we’ll be sure to provide feedback.
