The Role

The VP Marketing will be responsible for overseeing the entire marketing spectrum and channels at Function Health. This role requires an analytical, hyper-organized individual with a clear background in building and managing teams. The ideal candidate will stay current with health trends and other relevant trends, ensuring Function Health remains top of mind. They will manage and execute partnerships, prioritizing both performance and brand building. Collaborating with the executive team, they will amplify existing successes and create new initiatives. Substantial experience is required, and candidates from outside the healthcare or wellness sectors are welcome, provided they are fast learners. This position requires the candidate to be based in the US.

  • What is Function’s approach to remote work? Function is 100% remote across the United States, from Austin to New York to San Francisco. We meet up in person on occasion.
  • Who works at Function? We’re small but growing! The team includes: Jonathan, Pranitha, Mike, Dr. Hyman, Tova, Erika, Aaron, Sean, Amy, Kiara, and many more.
  • What’s the interview process like? You’ll meet with our Co-Founder & CEO, Jonathan Swerdlin. On this call, we’re looking to understand your experience, interests, and if you’re a culture fit. Then, you’ll have a Co-Founders interview, where you’ll meet the other co-founders that have built and run the company. After that we’ll send an offer. If we don’t give an offer, we’ll be sure to provide feedback.
